What you see is what you get with me. I approach therapy authentically, which means I talk to my clients like I talk to anyone else. It isn't my credentials that make me an excellent therapist. It is my recovery from CPTSD that puts me in a position of love and compassion for humans.
My focus
I work best with clients 18+. The only clients I'm uncomfortable working with are those in active psychosis.
My approach
I do a lot of work with clients on subconscious patterns, particularly shame. We will work together to rewire your neural pathways to better thoughts, better feelings, and better behavior.
