I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, and shame. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with genuine human connection. I believe lasting healing begins when we understand the patterns that once helped us survive but no longer help us thrive.

I primarily work with adults (18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and self-worth. I’m especially passionate about helping people heal from difficult childhood experiences and break patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I do not treat active psychosis.
