I communicate with compassion and care, but that also includes challenging current thought processes and patterns.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was raised by a psychologist, and it feels like second nature to me. I knew I should become a therapist when I hear "I don't know why I'm telling you this" for about the 100th time. My purpose in this life is to support others.

My goals for you

Once we establish what needs to change, establishing goals and objectives offers us good guidance on how we should spend our time in therapy.

Our first session

Our first session will be spent understanding where you are presently and beginning to understand where you want to be. That will help us forge the path ahead, together.
