A client who is looking to learn or discover what’s true in their life and wants to use that tool of learning to create the best version of themself.
My approach
I am both gentle but firm in my counseling approach. I look to trouble shoot cognitive distortions (stinking thinking) and help you determine what is true rather than how you feel about feelings. We can do the dance of information, but I believe you want to see things differently, so you can do things differently. Thats my go-to goal for you.
