My client focus is on providing individualized, whole-person care to adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. I aim to help clients improve functioning, build effective coping skills, and achieve stability while feeling heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.

My approach to care is patient-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I take time to thoroughly assess each individual’s concerns, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors.
