My communication style

I am very open, honest, and up front. I am empathetic and supportive. I believe in open communication, equality, and equal partnership. My main focus is on supporting people in their personal goals for therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I saw a therapist as a young girl, and he helped me, so I decided that I wanted to help people like he had helped me. My journey into therapy began with a curiosity about why people behave in certain ways, how humans build resilience, and the desire to help others find strength and support during life challenges.

My goals for you

I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we will identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or other personal goals.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you in. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to work together over time. It’s very common to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’ll be here to help guide you.
