My focus

Struggling with feelings of insecurity and low self-worth? I work with young adults, middle-aged adults, and adults in later life. We will explore the social and emotional crises that you are experiencing in order to address the unique challenges that a person experiences at specific stages in life. We will also focus on your talents as strengths.

My approach

I offer a warm, eclectic, and non-judgmental approach that will allow you to reframe your thoughts in a more peaceful perspective that will aid in lessening self -doubt, guilt, and shame. Together, we will challenge negative thoughts and learn positive coping strategies that will help to heal emotional wounds and help to normalize life transitions

My communication style

Part of my communication style is being human and authentic. I ask open-ended questions to learn how to help you best. I emphasize the importance of understanding YOU more, and this helps to focus on the solution more and less on the problem.

My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in mental health began when I started to question "how could I help to make things better for myself as well as people?" Through my own work with mental health treatment, coupled with my studies in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, I was able to develop a balanced perspective of helping people with their own struggles.

Our first session

You might experience some anxiety during the first session, and this is a normal part of starting something new and meeting someone new. I will check in with you throughout the session so that we know that you are comfortable with the process. There is no right or wrong answer; only what you feel is important for me to help you best.
