I work primarily with adults who are navigating anxiety-like transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. My focus is on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and capable of handling life's ups and downs and building a stronger sense of self.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a psychologist. I've always been fascinated by how our thoughts and emotions shape our lives, and I deeply believe that mental health is the foundation of well-being. My path into the mental health field grew out of a desire to understand people's experiences and to help them feel heard, seen, and supported.

My goals for you

We will use tools from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you build coping skills, challenge negative self-talk, and deepen your emotional awareness. Over time, you may notice feeling more hopeful, confident, and emotionally balanced.

Our first session

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating. During our first session, I'll take time to help you feel comfortable and to explain how the process works. We'll begin by talking about what's bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. The first session is about building trust and clarity, not about pressure or judgment.
