Hi there, I'm Beverly!

It is your time to take care of yourself. I am here to help you realize your full potential, set goals, and become the person you can fall in love with. I will listen to your story; help you move to the next level of life, and allow you to put a proper perspective on your past, present, and future. You will have the opportunity to grow!

My focus

I enjoy working with individuals who have focused their attention on providing love and happiness for others, but not themselves. I like to help individuals understand their worthiness and know that it is okay to be vulnerable. I work with individuals seeking self-esteem and coping strategies. I like individuals who are open to change.

My approach

I start the session by asking, "What can I help you with?" and allow the individual to share their thoughts and feelings. I am a thinker and like to encourage everyone to think by talking through the beliefs and thoughts that could be holding us back.

My communication style

I will text or call the individual to set up and/or remind them about appointments. I can meet in person or telehealth.

My journey to mental healthcare

My compassion and empathy for others started when I was a child being just a dream. I made positive choices in my life which put me on the right trail to becoming a provider and realizing my heart's desire. Working as a clinical director, therapist and supervisor, I have gain knowledge, techniques and skills to be regarded as seasoned.

My goals for you

We will develop treatment goals during the first sessions so everyone will have a clear understanding of the direction of the treatment sessions. The opportunity to discuss issues and have a better understanding of choices will be examined during the sessions.

Our first session

Our first session will consist of getting to know each other through orientation, assessments, and treatment planning to identify and set goals for treatment. It will be the time we use to empower each other for our roles in the therapy sessions.
