I am passionate about helping people heal from attachment issues, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I take a caring, holistic approach with clients to create a space that feels safe and supportive. Together, we explore patterns, process difficult experiences, and build tools that support emotional well-being and more fulfilling relationships.

I integrate evidence-based practices with compassionate care to help children, teens, and adults struggling with trauma, attachment issues, anxiety or depression that is impacting their relationships or family recover from trauma, navigate life's challenges and build stronger connections.

I work collaboratively with clients at their own pace to restore balance, strengthen relationships, and nurture resilience across all stages of life. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationships built on safety, trust, & understanding.

My communication style

My communication style is warm, engaging and I prioritize open communication to ensure that clients feel supported in a non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and provide a calm and empathetic presence as clients reflect on their experiences and challenging situations.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider comes from a deep passion to help others and celebrate them as they grow. The past 15 years I worked in the community/health care settings and was able to walk alongside clients as they navigated life's hardest challenges and witnessing the resilience they demonstrated as they moved toward change was inspiring.

I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized goals, using a client-centered approach that honors their individual needs and fosters growth, healing, and lasting change.

Our first session

During our first session, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment to help make it easier to explore issues that are making your life difficult to navigate and work collaboratively alongside you to create a plan for addressing them. Most clients will see a gradual improvement of symptoms the first month and continued improvement after.
