My communication style

I am passionate about providing a safe and healing space for my clients. I believe that each person has the capacity to heal and grow, and I am committed to providing a nurturing environment that supports this process. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel safe to be themselves and finally feel seen and heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I noticed there were not enough helpers who looked like me or had my lived experiences. I made it my mission to be the voice of the unheard by helping individuals find their own voice and way, one session at a time.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative approach with my clients. I work with them to establish smart and attainable goals that are unique to their situation. I don't use a cookie-cutter approach but rather tailor my therapy to the needs of each individual client.

Our first session

Clients can expect to go over some assessments and goals during the first session. I want to hear from them directly why they think it is important to be in therapy at this time.
