My journey to mental healthcare

This work was more or less attracted to me when I was in college. I studied psychology, which opened the door for an interest in understanding people and their behaviors. From there it has become a strong passion in wanting to help others and walk with them along this journey of life.

My goals for you

I typically approach goal setting in the first to second session. Goals are an important part of the starting point and knowing which direction we need to go.

Our first session

The first session typically is an introduction of the client to me, allowing the client to tell me about them before going into what brings them in to therapy.
