Hi there, I'm Michael!

Do you know that deep down there must be a better way of living, but you are confused about how to get there? Do you wish there was someone with whom you could confide those aspects of self you believe must remain hidden from others? My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where we can collectively help you discover new ways of being.

My focus

My client focus is on those who may be feeling stuck in concerns shaped by past or present traumas, losses, or self-doubts. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and create a clear, practical path toward a more authentic, confident, and fulfilling life.

My approach

My style is relational, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Schema Therapy to help you identify ways you perceive yourself and others that restrict you from living your most productive and fulfilling life. I also utilize (CPT) Cognitive Processing Therapy to explore ways you might be stuck in past wounds and traumas.
