My communication style

In my work, I allow space for clients to be their authentic selves, with comments being made on my warmth, compassion, open-mindedness, and ability to create a space where a person can feel comfortable to share their story, working together on their path to healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been working in clinical mental health since 2019. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. Through a growing awareness of compassion for not only others but myself, I became aware of the real possibility for healing and growth from watching it in action, again, in myself and others.

My goals for you

Through person-centered therapeutic techniques and motivational interviewing, we will seek to validate and process experiences as well as understand and heal from any distress or potential trauma to give space to the future with greater clarity and awareness.

Our first session

During our first session, we will do an overview of what is bringing you to the therapeutic process and build rapport. From there, we will map out your treatment goals and some ways we can successfully and sustainably move toward those goals.
