Struggling with anxiety, stress, or panic? Do childhood events continue to cause you distress? You are not alone. I help adult clients navigate anxiety, current life stressors, decrease panic, and heal from past trauma. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and empowered to heal and move forward.

My approach
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify unhelpful thoughts and reshape them to improve your mood. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate other approaches, including mindfulness, strategies to help identify and manage emotions, or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma.
