I work with adults, teens, children, couples, and families. In therapy, I believe you deserve to feel heard and valued as you work toward your goals. I aim to maintain a safe, collaborative space where you're free to express yourself fully, explore the difficulties you've been carrying, and grow in ways guided by your values and strengths.
My focus
I work with children, teens, and adults struggling with life changes, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or hoping to improve self-esteem. I also work with parents and children to repair or strengthen relationships, address behavioral concerns, or navigate difficult transitions and traumatic experiences.
My approach
The approach I use depends upon whether you are seeking therapy for an individual, couple/family, or child. For individuals, I use an integrated approach of ACT and EFT. For couples/families, I use EFFT and EFCT. For children, I use Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). All are evidence-based and will be focused on your individual goals.
