I am an LCSW, South Asian, and White cisgender woman who understands the challenges of navigating identity and belonging. I’m passionate about helping clients build coping strategies and cultivate joy to manage anxiety, PTSD, and depression—especially when these struggles stem from feeling isolated or disconnected from the community.
My focus
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with a focus on supporting people of color and the LGBTQIA+ community. Together, we explore intersecting identities and work toward being authentically yourself—cultivating confidence, clarity, and emotional balance—without being confined by labels.
My approach
My approach is centered on what you need in the moment. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy to deepen self-understanding, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shift unhelpful patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to navigate difficult emotions. Together, we’ll use strategies to help you feel grounded, confident, and more in control of your life.
