Hi there, I'm Emily!

I'm dedicated to a life of constant learning and endless growth through mindfulness, gratitude, and a sense of humor. I find some of my greatest lessons have been learned while recreating in the great outdoors, through movement like yoga and dance, and communing with other living beings, including my rescue dog, Luna.

My focus

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, and those seeking LGBTQIA+ support.

My approach

I am dedicated to co-creating spaces with all my clients in which they can feel grounded, safe, and cared for. I support individuals in learning their nervous system to better regulate and become aware of the deep wisdom that lives in our bodies. In my work, sometimes there are tears, often there are deep belly laughs, and compassion always.
