I have many years of experience supporting people providing care to a loved one in particular.
My approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I believe it's important to have a solid foundation of skills as you begin your therapy journey. Therefore, I frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice and build upon those basic skills.
