While I have worked with a wide variety of clients from youth to adult, I have a particular passion for working with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, grief, and loss. I have many years of experience supporting people providing care to a loved one in particular.
My approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I believe it's important to have a solid foundation of skills as you begin your therapy journey. Therefore, I frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice and build upon those basic skills.
