My journey in mental healthcare began with a desire to provide comprehensive support to patients across physical and mental health needs, especially after seeing how interconnected these aspects are in people’s lives.

Our first session

To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history.
