Hi there, I'm Hannah!

I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and many more complex mental health challenges. I facilitate healing sessions for my clients utilizing both Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts work) and Mindfulness-based modalities.

My focus

I have the pleasure of working with individual adult clients who are struggling with mental and emotional limitations that keep them from experiencing their best lives. Clients I work with who report success with my approach present with challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and many more complex symptoms and disorders.

My approach

IFS or parts work is a highly effective and clinically tested modality that acutely and compassionately addresses specific aspects of a client's psyche to facilitate a deep sense of wellness and integration.

My communication style

I deeply believe that there is always a reason we feel and behave the way we do. This affords me the space to hold each client (and their parts) with consistent compassion and understanding.

My journey to mental healthcare

During my pre-med program, I recognized that I wanted to provide care that would empower my clients to heal themselves. After completing pre-med, I pivoted to pursue a degree in clinical mental health. This career path has given me the honor and opportunity to guide my clients toward their own healing.

My goals for you

We will review from an experiential lens how you would like to feel if your time in counseling were successful. Then we reverse engineer how to accomplish this goal through therapeutic approaches, directly in the interest of the client.

Our first session

I typically start with a short mindfulness meditation to aid in the transition from your day into the session. Then we will explore with curiosity and care the parts of the client that are currently presenting.
