I am an Air Force Veteran and a Psychotherapist (LPCC-S, NCC). I am licensed in four states: Oregon, Maine, Ohio, and Kentucky. I have been working with individuals and couples since 2004. My Specialties include: LGBTQIA, sexual concerns, relationship issues, anxiety, and grief.

My approach

I prefer to use a combination of solution-focused therapy (SFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you healthy tools and professional feedback.
