My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by experience as both a teacher and social worker, roles that deepened my passion for supporting others. I've embraced learning about different cultures and the Spanish language, which enriches my ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by gently exploring their own needs and wants, supporting them in uncovering what truly matters. I offer practical coping strategies and tools, while also gently challenging unhelpful thinking patterns to help create lasting change.

When we first meet, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your hopes for where you want this journey to take you. I'll be here to support you, allowing you to share at your own pace and comfort level.
