I work collaboratively with clients, creating a team effort to achieve goals clients may be struggling with. I offer a positive and supportive environment to my clients.

My journey to mental healthcare

In high school, I had many friends that struggled because they didn't have support from their families, and because their families had concerns of their own. When I went to college, I was drawn towards helping careers, and decided I wanted to help clients with their mental health, an essential factor for success in daily living.

My goals for you

I practice solution-focused therapy, which works on specific, measurable goals we have established as a team. These goals are recorded in a treatment care plan, which is revisited often throughout therapy.

Our first session

During our first session, I will discuss what therapy entails and how treatment care plans are developed. We will begin delving into the client's concerns and the history of those concerns. We will conclude the first session by reviewing the topics of concern and beginning to develop the treatment care plan.
