I focus on a client-centered and holistic approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals and step into the life they want to be living.

My focus

I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, domestic violence survivors, adoptive and foster families, and veterans. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, and substance abuse.

My approach

I approach clients from a holistic and client-centered perspective and meet you where you are. I create a welcoming, warm, and nurturing environment as your support person. I specialize in mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I hold space for clients and allow you to feel heard and respected during our sessions. I genuinely care for my clients and want to support them in their mental health journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always drawn to helping people. My compassionate, nurturing, and gentle spirit led me into the mental health profession, where my skills were a natural fit for working with diverse groups. I believe everyone needs a village, and I intend to be part of your support network.

I create a supportive and open listening environment while providing honest and constructive feedback to help you reach your goals. We will work together to take measurable and realistic steps towards life changes, both large and small. I am here to be a safe place to be open and ready to change.

Our first session

During our first session, we will do a complete initial intake where I will start to get to know you, your history, and what you hope to achieve with therapy. You will also have the opportunity to ask me questions and decide if I am the best ally for your therapeutic needs.
