While I enjoy working with a variety of populations, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals facing aging and medical diseases, grief and loss issues, and anxiety and mood disorders. My goal is to provide a safe, structured environment where clients can navigate challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful recovery.

I take an eclectic approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. My work integrates supportive psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapies, solution-focused interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Together we work to reduce/alleviate your emotional pain and suffering. I also incorporate 12-step principles for those in recovery.
