Hi there, I'm Matthew!

People come to therapy because something needs attention—whether a life transition or an ongoing unmet need. My role is to help you identify and attend to that need, creating space for what matters most in your life right now.

My focus

If anxious thoughts need more than quick reframes and depression needs more than positive affirmations, I might be a fit. I see therapy as most effective when considering systemic and existential realities. Coping in a world that perpetuates trauma and anxiety requires considering what we can accept and make meaningful.

My approach

I work through a lens of lifespan development, recognizing that what we face today differs from the past and future. I believe therapy should be empowering, with me as guide and support. The process is about finding your voice and story rather than following a prescriptive model.
