Hi there, I'm Lori!
Do you feel like old thoughts and feelings about yourself get in the way of being the confident, strong version of yourself? Therapy is hard, and so is living with difficult memories. I'm here to help you work through them.
My focus
I will use EMDR to help you identify, process, and desensitize those trauma memories. In addition, along our journey, we will learn about mindfulness, self-care, cognitive distortions, and harmful thought patterns. We will work to identify challenges, gain self-confidence, and have stronger self-esteem along the way.
My approach
My goal is to make therapy less difficult, emotional, and frightening and to get the work done that will make you feel whole again. I specialize in helping people work through those difficult memories, traumas, and be that support while they face them head-on.
