My journey to mental healthcare

What drew me to mental healthcare was my fascination with the human mind and a strong desire to help people through their toughest moments. I've always found it incredibly rewarding to support others and see the positive changes they can achieve with the right guidance.

My goals for you

When setting goals with patients, I like to work together to identify their priorities and break them into manageable steps. We make sure the goals are clear, achievable, and realistic, and we check in regularly to adjust them as needed.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll talk about your background, what you're struggling with now, and what you're aiming to accomplish. You can ask questions and have your concerns heard. By the end, you'll walk away knowing your personalized treatment plan, how to reach me between sessions, and the basics of our partnership.
