My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began in my mid-20s when I cared for my mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. I was frustrated by the barriers everywhere as her advocate. I decided I could make an impact in mental healthcare. People have always confided in me and appreciated my calm during difficult times.

Together we will make a plan to achieve the outcome you seek. You will receive encouragement, accountability, and support as you progress toward attaining your goal.

Our first session

During our first session, you can tell your story as we get to know each other. We discuss what brings you to therapy and create the beginnings of a treatment plan to reach your desired outcome. It's also a chance for us to interview each other to ensure we are a good fit. Good rapport brings good outcomes.
