I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I have felt happiness and purpose in supporting others along the journey of life. Therefore, my decision to become a therapist has always felt quite natural. I am honored to help navigate alongside and look forward to what we will learn from one another.

My goals for you

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming situations that challenge you. Together, we will create personalized goals to get you to your next phase in life. In our sessions, we will periodically review these goals to see if you still align with them or if they need to modify.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
