I provide a very calming environment and meet clients where they're at. I use a client-centered approach, believing that you are the expert on yourself. I focus on building rapport and creating a supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to express yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I always wanted to help people. When I was younger, I had health issues that came with depression, and I wanted to help others through their mental health journey. I have a never-stop-learning mindset and continually expand my skills to better serve my clients.

My goals for you

I get to know you and understand your reasons for seeking treatment and what your goals are. We work together to create a treatment plan that best meets your needs. Going to therapy can be hard, so I do my best to provide a supportive environment where you can openly express yourself.

In your first session with me, you'll find a caring individual who considers you to be the expert on yourself. I'll gather relevant clinical information so I can understand how to best help you while building rapport and establishing our therapeutic relationship.
