My focus
My main passion is helping everyone become the best version of themselves. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, loss and grief, relationships, pregnancy and parenting, and life transitions. I provide individual, couples, and group therapy.
My approach
I use psychodynamic therapy to help you better understand your feelings and how your behavior affects your functioning. This approach increases confidence and improves interpersonal skills. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you change maladaptive behaviors and thinking, giving you productive ways to deal with real-world problems.
