Hi there, I'm Jonah!

Jonah Rosen, LCSW, is an IFS and EMDR therapist specializing in neurodiversity-affirming care for Autistic, ADHD, PDA, and other neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families. They integrate IFS, EMDR, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build lives that work with their brains.

My focus

I work with neurodivergent young people and their families. Many of my clients struggle with executive functioning, keeping up with everyday tasks, exhaustion, heavy masking, and burnout that can make daily life feel overwhelming and lead to conflict.

My approach

My therapy style is deeply informed by IFS and EMDR, offering specialized, evidence-based approaches beyond advice or reframing. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you with curiosity and compassion, understanding why they developed and what they need. Rather than suppressing difficult feelings, we’ll listen to them and use them as ways forward.
