I believe each client knows themself better than anyone and that we all have strengths and challenges. I believe a therapist is similar to an emotional GPS, helping to guide each client to reach personal emotional goals.
My focus
I work with children, teens, and families, with a focus on trauma. I help individuals and families move from victim to survivor. I also work with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-discovery, anger management, and relationship issues to improve communication, boundaries, and trust.
My approach
I use a solution-focused approach along with CBT, exploring how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect. I encourage you to share your narrative while exploring different perspectives. I'm trained in anger management, trauma-focused therapy, experiential modalities, and EMDR.
