My approach is LIFE ON LIFE TERMS—I even named my private practice after that phrase. Alignment 101 with all my clients, creating a comfortable environment in our sessions so we can partner on the journey that will take place.

My focus

I specialize in couples' issues, marriage and family, addictions, cultural sensitivity concerns, gender identity and conflict scenarios, divorce residuals, general anxiety, existential anxiety, struggles with faith, sexual orientation, general mental health well-being, and BIPOC-Focused issues.

My approach

Alignment 101, seeking barriers that may interfere with our therapeutic process—Incorporating Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I do Couples Counseling, family of origin work, and Integrative Family Systems work. My approach is building a solid relationship first before exploring what needs to be explored.
