Hi there, I'm Cara!

I specialize in perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, birth trauma, psychosis, fertility concerns, and perinatal loss. Other specialties include women's issues, ADHD in women, complex trauma, and healing from toxic relationships. I also work with young adults transitioning into the next phase of life.

My focus

I'm certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood.

My approach

My approach to therapy is relational and psychodynamic, which means we'll look at your current struggles with compassion while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that may be shaping them. I'm currently working towards a trauma certification to continue growing in how I support clients who've experienced trauma.
