Hi there, I'm Molly!

Starting therapy takes courage, and I want you to know from the beginning that you won't be doing this work alone. My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and support as you take steps toward healing and growth.

My focus

I specialize in working with young adult women navigating life transitions and mood disorders. I am trauma-informed in my practice and have experience treating OCD and substance use disorders. I use approaches that are flexible to your needs. Some of the modalities I draw from include Attachment-Based Therapy, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy.

My approach

I see therapy as a partnership. We'll work as a team to identify what you want to change, practice new skills, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I'll encourage you to try things out both here in session and in your everyday life, and then we'll process what you discover together.
