I work with adults navigating trauma and attachment issues. Common concerns include relationship difficulties, past traumatic experiences, trust and connection challenges, emotional regulation, self-worth, and patterns rooted in early relationships.
My approach
I use trauma-focused models including EMDR, CPT, and trauma-focused CBT. I integrate multicultural counseling with Solution-focused therapy, Person-centered work, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and existential approaches to meet your needs.
