I have professional work experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, self-esteem, and confidence.

I like to assist clients to better manage their anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, goal setting, trauma, and addictions.

My approach

I use an array of counseling techniques that include but are not limited to Reality (Choice) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused forms of therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am in drug addiction recovery and have been sober. I come from a non-judgmental perspective as I understand the importance of clients feeling safe in session.
