My clinical areas of practice are mental health and addictions.
My focus
I work with clients struggling with addiction, recovery, long-term sobriety, and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. I also work with clients to navigate transitions and relationship (intimate, social, or familial) issues.
My approach
To best serve clients, I use a strength-based, client-centered approach. I follow evidence-based practices to structure each session and incorporate appropriate interventions. I work with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
