My journey to mental healthcare

I became a psychiatric mental health provider because I have always believed that every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity. Throughout my career in emergency, trauma, critical care, and psychiatry, I witnessed how mental health challenges can affect every aspect of a person's life, regardless of age or background.

My goals for you

I combine thorough diagnostic assessment with a holistic and collaborative treatment plan, integrating medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle guidance, and education. I prioritize creating a safe, judgment-free space where patients feel respected, validated, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey.

During your first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can speak openly about what brings you to care. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, safe, and heard from the very beginning.
