As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Divinity degree, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy. My experience working on a behavioral health inpatient unit has equipped me with the skills to connect with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. I've helped patients with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, grief and loss, and those contemplating suicide.

My approach utilizes evidence-based techniques like cognitive restructuring, EMDR, EFT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to address cognitive obstacles and promote healing.

I offer a direct and educational therapeutic approach. My goal is to empower you with knowledge about your mental health and the strategies we'll use together. Through weekly homework assignments, we'll reinforce the skills we discuss in session, helping you build a stronger foundation for healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I've felt a deep calling to help others and create positive change. Even in middle school, I found myself advocating for those who were seen as different. This passion led me to Valley Forge Christian College, where I began to develop my understanding of human behavior and spirituality. My goal is to help clients find healing.
