My journey to mental healthcare

My experience afforded me the opportunity to see the need for mental health services in my rural community. I believe in a holistic approach to care: spirit, soul, and body. Early on, I found myself drawn to listening to others, trying to understand their perspectives, and offering support where I could.

My goals for you

I educate and encourage clients to be part of their mental health care strategy because I believe it is important to continuously be an advocate for clients, their family, and their loved ones.

Our first session

I start by introducing myself and setting a calm, nonjudgmental tone. I explain confidentiality, conduct a comprehensive assessment, and collaborate with you on a treatment plan. We leave time for questions. I guarantee you will be heard!
