My journey to mental healthcare

I was fascinated by how biological, psychological, social, and economic factors shape mental processes. Understanding how people think and how systems influence their decision-making intrigued me and led me to explore this field in depth.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by understanding the impact of past experiences, educating you on self-preservation, encouraging positive behavioral changes, developing skills for daily life, and providing accountability to achieve goals and maintain consistency in your growth.

In the first session, we explore the presenting reasons for your therapy, review the history of events leading to your search for support, and develop preliminary treatment goals.
