I strive to meet the client where they're at and tailor the approach based on their needs. My style is empathic and supportive. We will figure out where and how you'd like to make changes, uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck, and do the rewarding work of letting go of the things that aren't working for you anymore.

I believe in the power of self-searching to transform lives. Helping people reconnect with joy, purpose, and meaningful relationships drives my work. Opening our minds and hearts to all possibilities is how we get back on track and begin healing.

We'll work together to help you reconnect with your sense of joy and purpose. The goal is to create a congruent, meaningful life story that strengthens your relationships and helps you become the partner, parent, and friend you want to be.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll explore where you're at and what brings you here. We'll discuss what you'd like to change and begin uncovering patterns that may have kept you stuck. My approach is empathic and conversational, creating a safe space to begin your healing journey.
