Thank you for taking the first steps toward bettering yourself and your life. I know it is not easy. I try to be as warm and welcoming as possible to help allow for the most positive experience. Life faces us with many challenges, and I work with individuals to overcome those obstacles.

My focus

I work with young adults and adults facing all types of challenges. I have a special place in my heart for working with women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or who are post-partum. We will focus on your thoughts and behaviors and how they influence your actions and feelings to overcome your challenges in a healthy and healing way.

My approach

I provide an objective view to assist you through whatever you are facing. I work to fit your specific needs and empower you to learn and implement skills to help you through your challenges. We will work collaboratively through the entire process, as we both need to be equally invested to drive success.
