I enjoy working with young adult and adult women using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and providing a client-centered, strengths-based, positive, and non-judgmental setting.
My focus
I specialize in Maternal Mental Health, working with women who are experiencing challenges during pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and/or depression, infertility, or parenting. I also enjoy working with women who are going through a difficult life transition, have anxiety, sleep or social challenges, marital struggles, or stress.
My approach
My approach is tailored to each client's needs and personality. I most often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate healthier thought patterns and Strengths-Based Therapy, a positive approach utilizing your own strengths for sustainability. This combination allows for great progress and lasting improvement.
