My journey to mental healthcare

I started college as an anthropology major but fell in love with psychology and changed my major. The most rewarding aspect of my work is seeing my clients grow, feel better, and reach their goals.

Goal setting is a collaborative approach. I will ask you what your goals for therapy are and then we will work together to devise a plan for you to reach your goals.

Our first session

During our first session, we will complete an overall assessment so that I can get a bigger picture of your challenges and your goals. We will then discuss the best ways that I can help you to reach your individual therapy goals.
